Knitting for Missions

Hello Friends!  What are you doing this weekend?  We are hoping to go clamming if we can get up north. Since a major bridge collapsed last night it might be tricky.

Just to get you thinking about your headwear (I know it is on your mind :)  We are knitting and crocheting with alpaca yarn in honor of Madison's announcement of her mission to Peru.  Our good friends from Peru, Mila Martin, gave us this yarn to raise money for Madison's mission and the future mission of her son Blake.

The above headband is more for winter, but it's a lovely and popular design.  Soon we'll have more summer looking ones, in lots of colors.
