The Daily Table

Creative thinking is what our country and our society needs.  Here is a great example of how ex-pres. of Trader Joe's thinks- out of the food box.  He is taking food that is a day over it's 'best by' date and put it in his Daily Table store either whole or cooked at prices that compete with say McDonalds.  These stores will be near inner cities where nutrition is hard to come by.  I think this is awesome and our government needs to watch this. What are your thoughts?
