This is Pete the Cat.  Have you heard of him?  He is all the rage for elementary schools.  His books are hilarious (not to mention great for young readers) and music teachers love to use his stories too.  Most of his books come with music.

The above picture is from Pete Saves Christmas!  Adorable outcome! It's a must read.




My favorite is Pete Rockin' in his school shoes!  Doesn't this song make you want to dance?!

Or Pete the Cat and His Magic Sunglasses, now that's an upbeat story I'd like to receive as a Christmas gift, even though I'm not in grade school anymore!
