Who doesn't like going to Safeway deli or any yummy teriyaki place and ordering General Tso's chicken? Um, I can't think of anyone I know. However, the fried batter on the chicken tends to not make you feel so good after, even though the taste is so yummy. So I found this healthy recipe for this favorite, used snap peas from our garden, and we had a winner dinner! Best!
